As a member of our sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for homebuyers across Eastern North Carolina. Your role will involve guiding customers through floor plan options, answering questions, and helping them find the perfect home for their lifestyle and budget. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a growing family upgrading to their next home, your ability to listen, inform, and support will make a lasting impact.

We’re looking for people who:

Are friendly, professional, and helpful
Have a strong work ethic and self-motivation
Are comfortable with in-person and phone communication
Can manage multiple clients and keep organized records
Have an interest in real estate, manufactured homes, or modular homes (experience a plus, but not required)
Are eager to grow with a locally trusted and established business
